Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your order. Because we fulfill items through multiple suppliers, return eligibility can vary slightly by product. This page explains what we can accept, what we can’t, and how to request a return or refund.


Return window
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return, email hello@graceandgritjewelry.com with:

  • Order number
  • Item name(s)
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (required for damaged, defective, or incorrect items)

Eligible returns
Returns may be accepted if the item is:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging (when applicable)

If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.


Non-returnable items
The following are not eligible for return or refund (unless they arrive damaged/defective):

  • Personalized/custom items (custom text, initials, engraving, made-to-order items)
  • Final sale items (if marked as final sale)
  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage after delivery

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email hello@graceandgritjewelry.com with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A short description of the issue

Once confirmed, we will work with the supplier to arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the item and availability.


Refunds
If your return is approved and received in acceptable condition, refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
  • Refund timing depends on your payment provider, typically 3–10 business days after processing

Return shipping costs
If the return is due to damage, defect, or an incorrect item, we will cover return shipping when applicable.

If the return is due to change of mind, sizing preference, or ordering the wrong item, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.

Because suppliers may have different return addresses, do not ship returns until you receive approval and instructions.


Order changes and cancellations
If you need to update an address, cancel, or change an order, contact us immediately. Once an order is processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.
