Shipping & Delivery

We ship to Canada and the United States. Because we partner with multiple suppliers through Syncee, shipping times can vary by product, destination, and supplier location. This page explains what to expect from checkout to delivery.


Processing time (before it ships)
Most orders are processed by the supplier within 1–5 business days. Some items, especially personalized or made-to-order products, may take longer.

If an item has a specific processing time, it will be shown on the product page or during checkout.


Estimated delivery time (after it ships)
Delivery times vary by supplier and shipping method. Typical delivery ranges are:

  • Canada: 5–15 business days
  • United States: 5–15 business days

Some items may arrive sooner, and some may take longer depending on carrier delays, peak seasons, or cross-border transit.


Tracking
If tracking is available for your order, you’ll receive a tracking link by email once your item ships. Tracking updates can take 24–72 hours to appear after a label is created.


Split shipments (multiple packages)
If your order contains items from different suppliers, they may ship separately and arrive in multiple packages, sometimes on different days. Each shipment will have its own tracking information when available.


Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to update your address, email us immediately at hello@graceandgritjewelry.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.


Customs, duties, and taxes
For US orders, customs duties or import fees may apply depending on the carrier and destination. Any duties or taxes charged by customs are the customer’s responsibility.


Delayed or missing deliveries
If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days, or your order is taking longer than expected, email us with your order number and we’ll help you troubleshoot.

If a package is marked “delivered” but you can’t locate it:

  • Check around your home and mailbox area
  • Confirm the shipping address on your order confirmation
  • Contact the carrier to start a trace
  • Then email us and we’ll assist with next steps
