We make every effort to display products accurately, including photos, descriptions, and pricing. However:

  • Colours may vary depending on your screen.
  • Product availability can change without notice.
  • We may discontinue or change products at any time.

Because we work with multiple suppliers (dropshipping via Syncee), product details, packaging, and shipping methods may vary slightly between items.

3) Personalized/custom items

Personalized items are made to order based on the information you provide.

By purchasing a personalized item, you acknowledge:

  • You are responsible for confirming spelling, capitalization, and personalization details at checkout.
  • Some items have character limits or customization rules listed on the product page.
  • Once an order is in production, changes may not be possible.

4) Pricing and billing

  • Prices are shown in [CAD/USD] unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
  • Taxes and shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.
  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information.

If we suspect fraud or unauthorized activity, we may cancel or refuse an order.

5) Order acceptance and cancellation

  • Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline it at our discretion.
  • We may cancel orders due to inventory issues, supplier limitations, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other circumstances.
  • If an order is cancelled after payment, you will be refunded according to your payment provider’s processing times.

6) Shipping and delivery

Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, weather, or high order volume.

If an order contains items from different suppliers, it may ship in multiple packages and arrive separately.

7) Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy.

  • Personalized/custom items are generally non-returnable unless damaged/defective or incorrect.
  • Return requests must follow the process and timelines listed in the Returns & Refunds page.

8) Accuracy of information

We work to keep information on the Site accurate, but we do not guarantee that all content is error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including after an order is placed (for example, pricing or product description errors). If a correction affects your order in a material way, we will contact you.
