Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email (when tracking is available). Because we fulfill items through multiple suppliers, your order may ship in more than one package.


Where to find your tracking

  • Check your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails
  • Look for the email that says your order has shipped
  • Tracking links are included when the carrier provides tracking

If you can’t find your tracking email, contact us with your order number and the email used at checkout.


Tracking hasn’t updated yet
This is normal. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to show updates after the label is created. If it still hasn’t updated after that window, email us and we’ll investigate.


Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
If your order includes items from different suppliers, they may ship separately and arrive on different days. Each shipment can have its own tracking information.


My package says “Delivered” but I don’t have it
Before contacting us, try this first:

  • Check your mailbox, porch, side door, and around the property
  • Ask anyone in the household if they brought it inside
  • Check with neighbors (carriers sometimes misdeliver nearby)
  • Contact the carrier to start a delivery trace

Then email us with your order number and we’ll help with next steps.


My order is delayed
Carrier delays can happen due to weather, holidays, or customs processing. If your delivery is taking longer than expected, email us with your order number and we’ll help you figure out what’s going on.
